AFO & FRACTALS OF ANIMATION 
From 13th to 18th April 2010 Olomouc will be the place of the 45th year of the International Festival of Science Documentary Films Academia Film Olomouc that is organized under the patronage of the Palacký University and the Department of Theatre, Film and Media Studies.
This year's festival is going to present among others the animated and experimental work of the personally present Austrian filmmaker Bärbel Neubauer. Her work is inspired by fractals, the most complex geometrical constructions evoking surrealistic paintings. She is going to provide the lecture that is to take place on 15th April at 2 p.m. at the Art Centre of the Palacký University, with contemporary options of digital language and she is going to introduce the audience with methods of digital production through samples of her films Fractal Cycles and Morphs of Pegasus.
